Class Schedule and Dates

One of the greatest assets a town, village or city possesses is the citizens that live there. Salado Citizen Academy teaches citizens how municipalities function under the law empowering them with knowledge in the hope that they would get involved and make a contribution in a positive way to community they live in.

Municipalities are formed for the purpose of managing the needs of people who live and work in close quarters. They provide basic services, such as streets, law enforcement, and utilities, enact and enforce ordinances to protect its citizens and foster a better living and working environment.
