Texas Two Step Potato Soup hits the spot on a cold day, but who wants to take the time to peel all those potatoes and chop vegetables? This soup mix is so simple to prepare, you'll have a hearty meal in a matter of minutes.
Step 1: Empty contents of bottle into kettle. Add (3) 14 ounce cans of chicken broth. Boil slowly for 30 minutes covered. Step 2: Stir in slowly a mixture of 2 Tbl spoon of flour mixed well with 1/2 cup of milk. Add 8 ounce of sour cream and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes and serve. Makes approximately 6 cups of soup
